Tranzistor PNP  cu germaniu, utilizat ca amplificator  AF sau comutator.

Este realizat printr-o  tehnologie de aliere,   Punctul de plecare il constituie o placuta dintr-un monocristal de germaniu dotat cu impuritati de tip n. De o parte si de alta a placutei se fixeaza cate o bila de indiu, care pentru germaniu este o impuritate de tip p. Ansamblu se incalzeste la temperatura de topire a indiului. Indiul patrunde in reteaua cristalina a semiconductorului astfel incat dupa racire sub bilele de indiu apar zone de tip p. Perla care formeaza colectorul este mai mare decat cea a emitorului si mai slab dotata.

Stiu, nu este o fotografie macro, dar macar  o singura  exceptie poate fi tolerata pe acest topic. 🙂

Nu imaginea este importanta ci continutul cristalului, pornind de la schema pana la materializarea componentelor.

Cu click pe orice componenta continuta in poza din link, acesta se selecteaza si se afiseaza o descriere a functiei sale in circuit,

 si se selecteaza pe schema de principiu, ca in poza de mai sus.

Este interesant si am clicait curios sa vad diverse forme de tranzistori, diode, rezistente, condensatori, toate inghesuite

 pe un cristal de citiva mm.
