Realizare invertor 800w 24/230v sinusoida pura

La un invertor facut recent ,am folosit mosi cu capacitatea de intrare de aproximativ 9nF si de maxim 6nF.Cei cu capacitatea mai mare se incalzeau fara radiator cam pe la 45 de grade ,(comparatie cu apa calda incalzita la 45 grade),ceilalti cu capacitatea de 6nF stau reci fara radiator ,pe termen nelimitat.Softul este facut de Flopir ,cu dead time de 1 us,pentru varianta cu atmega 8.

E vorba de mosii din puntea H ,cei de pa ramura de 20 Khz,cei de pe 50Hz stau reci indiferent de ce tip de mos se folosesc

Solutia este folosirea de mosi sau igbt cu capacitatea cat mai mica si softul cu DT de 1us.Si/sau drivere mai puternice.

Am montat o pereche de mosfeti in puntea H,conumul puntii este acum de 7ma.

Fetii care ii am au 2,7nf capacitatea pe grila dupa dataheet.

 

Voi face o placuta driver cu atmega8, ?nt?mplarea face ca am 2 bucati dar sunt in varianta smd.

Mosfetii 2,7nf cap.ce curent au la 100 Gr.continu, cnsumu puntii 7ma e destul de bine nici un invertor de serie nu prea are consum asa mic fara sarcina,

II stiu, am folosit 4 bucati intr-un invertor de 1500w. Momentan nu am disponibili decat fetii astia recuperati si ceva igbt.

Ar mai fi irfp460 dar au capacitatea din grila mult mai mare.
